awesome central gem!

great location spacious layout tasty options

the location was stellar. my room had a super spacious layout plus very modern decor! breakfast included tasty options both buffet and à la carte, a total treat.

the wait for ice took quite a while one evening.

this hotel is in an excellent central spot nearby many attractions. several shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. it is only a short walk to the danube river for scenic views.

I loved the helpful staff. They answered my questions quickly. my room had great garden views from its balcony. the spa offered a relaxing experience, and the pool area was clean. breakfast was great (especially the breads!).

the hotel is near the city center and fashion street. andrassy street is only fifteen minutes away. this location allowed me to walk to many attractions and easily access the subway.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay

laundry issue poor customer service

The location was good for exploring the city's architecture.

The hotel had some issues. I entrusted them with my laundry, clearly marking items for dry cleaning and washing but two trousers shrunk significantly, as they were washed instead. The hotel only apologized and sent some fruit. They didn't charge me for the laundry service, but I still felt dissatisfied.

helpful staff extensive equipment delicious options

i found the staff helpful and friendly . the hotel gym impressed me with its extensive equipment and super clean condition. breakfast offered many fresh and delicious options, including a wide variety of breads and pastries.

My room was on the second floor and i could clearly hear the rumble of the subway, especially since the hotel is close to a subway stop. I found this quite disruptive.
